Not only is menstruation physically annoying, it also costs money and has you running out to the store at inconvenient times.
You can easily remove it and put it back in, and it can be reused almost indefinitely.

The Diva cup is a soft silicone cup that is inserted into the vagina. The rim of the cup creates a gentle suction around your cervix, which keeps it in place and collects your menstrual fluid. It can be left in for 12 hours, longer than any tampon. If inserted properly, wearing a cup is the closest you can get to not being on your period.

A Diva Cup is a popular brand of reusable menstrual cups. A menstrual cup is a bell-shaped cup that is inserted into the vagina and opens up to form a seal. Instead of absorbing your menstrual flow like a tampon or pad would do. A menstrual cup works by collecting the material in the cup, that is later dumped into the toilet and flushed away.

How the Diva Cup Works. The Diva Cup is basically a silicone suction cup that comes in 3 sizes, models 0-2. There’s a recommended size based on your age, flow, whether you’ve given birth, etc. I got model 1, which is the one recommended to people between 19-30 years old who haven’t given birth.
